Charlotte Moving Company 704-778-5433Charlotte moving company Moving Simplified is pleased to announce its support for a local drive to collect supplies for New Jersey victims of Hurricane Sandy. Residents of Davidson’s Bradford neighborhood have organized a drive to collect food, clothing, and other supplies for people displaced and affected by Hurricane Sandy. They are seeking donations through this Tuesday, November 6.

The Bradford neighborhood drive is being organized by New Jersey native Sabrina Hicks, who used to live in Point Pleasant Beach. The supplies and donations will be given to King of Kings Church in Manahawkin, New Jersey, which is sheltering families driven from their homes by the hurricane.

Moving Simplified has donated one of our moving trucks to collect and transport the supplies to New Jersey. The donations are being collected at 13203 Poetry Way, off of Davidson-Concord Road. The truck is expected to depart late Tuesday.

“We’re glad to help such a good cause,” says Eric Snider of Moving Simplified. “Sabrina Hicks is doing a great job organizing the drive and collecting supplies for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. We’re more than happy to provide one of our moving trucks to transport the supplies to New Jersey.”
